  • Write three things that you’re grateful for in this moment- they can be big or small!

  • Describe something that brought you joy this week. 

  • What is something you find special or unique about yourself? 

  • What is something you love in nature? Describe something on Earth that you enjoy. 

  • Write about something you wish to let go of. Imagine yourself physically releasing it. What are you holding onto?

  • Write three positive affirmations about yourself. “I am…”,
