We do our very best to make sure that your jewels arrives safe and sound in your hands.It is wrapped in tissue paper then placed in a cotton jewelry bag. We then ship in padded boxes that are tested to withstand any trauma.

We normally process and dispatch all orders with 48 hours of being placed if the item is in stock. Should the item not be in stock we will email you within 24-48 hours.
Shipping is free for domestic orders over $100. International customers may pay a small shipping fee, however we always mark your item as a gift to hopefully avoid additional charges due to International Customs.
Domestic shipping usually takes 3-7 business while international shipping can take up to a few weeks as International Customs Processing times are not dependable.
We cannot not take responsibility for packages that are lost, stolen or delayed through the postal system. We insure all international & high valued domestic packages however so rest assured you are taken care of.
