Sacred Inscriptions :: Transformation & Rebirth
January 30, 2017
As below, so above.
Our inner world is a direct reflection of our outer experience. When we are in harmony with our inner being, we are in harmony with our outer experience and the world around us. The Lotus flower is a beautiful reminder that when we have a rich inner world, we can flower and bloom in beautiful ways. The lotus is an ancient symbol of the circle of life - birth, death, and rebirth. Finding it's roots in mud, lotus's bloom from the darkest and dampest of places, exploding in a radiant bloom. From the darkness, we are truly able to see our inner light and splendor. The lotus flower asks us to trust our journey and our natural path of life.
Each of our hand-made pieces are inscribed with a mantra or inscription. These mantras are hand chosen to inspire, protect, and enhance the wearer. We've picked our favorite transformative pieces to reflect this great time of transition into the new year and a new nine-year cycle. This is a time of new beginnings and rebirth for our world on a cosmic level.
Labradorite Lotus Cuff:
This beautiful piece is hand carved with the inscription "Inner Strength - Beauty of the Lotus" on the inner band. The shape of the lotus around the magic-inspiring Labradorite stone symbolizes the transformative power of rising from the mud; the resurrection and rebirth in the cycle of life that creates the power behind Lotus magic. Lotuses are symbols of purity and 'spontaneous' generation and hence symbolize divine birth. As we enter year one of our new nine-year cycle, we are given the incredible opportunity to be reborn into anything that we desire. May you go confidently in the directions of your truth and your deepest desires. Also featured on our
Moonstone Lotus Cuff.
Medicine Wheel Cuff:
At the center of this beautiful cuff is the symbol of symmetry and balance, reminding us of the never ending cycle of life. The inner band features the symbols for east, west, north, and south, connecting to our essence and reminding the wearer that they are exactly where they're supposed to be.
East symbolizes seeking illumination and clarity regarding our life path.
South teaches us qualities of faith, trust, and humility.
The power of the West lies in returning to ourselves and perhaps hibernating - allowing introspective reflection on our life goals.
The North is a place of wisdom and guidance, as well as giving thanks for our blessings, and sharing our blessings with others.
Turquoise Lotus Ring:
"Jewel of the Lotus" is hand carved on the inside of this powerful two tone ring. Turquoise is the stone of great communication - allowing the wearer to speak with integrity and clarity. As the Lotus is associated with rebirth & birth, it is also associated with it's shadow world, death. The famous Egyptian book of the dead is known to include spells that are able to transform a person into a lotus, thus allowing for resurrection. Allow the magic of this symbol to transform you to your highest and truest self.
Hand carved design with round moonstone flushed in center.
Inspired by the blossom of a flower and the connection the petals represent as incarnations in ones life. A simple reminder that life is ever changing.
Vibrating with the feminine wisdom and Goddess energy of the waxing and full Moon, moonstone has a reflective, calming energy.
