We normally process and dispatch all orders within 48 hours . Shipping is free for domestic orders over $100. International customers pay a small shipping fee, however we always mark your item as a gift to hopefully avoid additional charges due to International Customs.
Domestic shipping usually takes 3-7 business while international shipping can take up to a few weeks as International Customs Processing times are not dependable.
We cannot not take responsibility for packages that are lost, stolen or delayed through the postal system. We insure all international & high valued domestic packages however so rest assured you are taken care of.
International orders may be subject to local charges. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Bahgsu Jewels cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order, nor can we accept a return of the order in this case.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and Bahgsu Jewels will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence.
If the love wasn't mutual and you are unsatisfied, please note that we do not offer refund. Store credit is the only option in most cases. Contact us via our connect page or respond to your order confirmation email if you wish to return. We will then email you instructions within 48 hours.
Most likely we will ask you to safely ship your unworn jewel back home. This must be done within 3 days upon receiving your package. We will email you a code to redeem on our website upon safe return of the jewels.
No exceptions unless you received prior approval. We are 100% reasonable so if your item is a gift we can work with you. However if we sized your jewel, all sales are final.
All sale items or items sold during a sale are final = no exchanges, refunds or returns allowed.
Due to health regulations we are unable to refund or exchange on earring purchases.
Please note, all custom pieces are non-refundable.
For your protection, please send your return items in a rigid cardboard box or bubble-padded envelope. We recommend that you insure your package as we are not responsible for product returns that arrive to us damaged, and will not credit you for these items. Items returned to us in a standard un-padded envelope are almost certain to be damaged by the postal service.
