The Hold Space Cuff serves as a direct offering & reminder for those moments you need to tend to yourself as well as holding boundaries so you don't get pulled into a journey that is not your own.

Holding space for us means knowing that all is not in our control & sometimes we need to be still & solid for others around us. Not reacting & being pulled into another's energy field. Sometimes the greatest gift you can give another ( yourself) is to stay peaceful & HOLD SPACE for them to FEEL, to BE.
